state employee swearing in with different names every court date

how can a state employee write fabricated criminal histories on parents who have none of the alleged crimes on their records, change allegations against people every other day, after discriminating and saying because i am diagnosed with ptsd and am currently off my meds( with no incident,at all ), i am a danger to my child ,do you realize that most vets have ptsd and they dont get their children taken away.they are perjuring themselves at every turn i have solid evidence to back this up,its their own paperwork,andthis worker is swearing into court under a name that isnt hers , as a matter of fact the name shes using belongs to a new jersey resident,my daughter has had continuous rashes, black eyes,and abnormal bruising , the guardian ad litum claims its unsubstantiated but i have pictures with the dates . i have contacted numerous people even recieving a letter from congressman david schweikert , but all to no avail , and publicly these people have announced ive been arrested for drug trafficking ,welfare fraud,among numerous other felonies of which i have no knowledge of.i am filing a civil suit but no one seems to care about the fact that my daughter who is 19 months old has stopped talking ,and is actually lethargic compared to how happy she was at home .what can i do before my daughter is so traumatized that she does regress farther.?

No legal problem here, buddy, take the child to a nearby hospital and seek the medical services that would best help your child.

real easy its not your baby being brutalized while i have no control of what they are doing they would not even take her to the dr after she hit her head hard enough to bruise the whole side of her face good to see there are still real ******* in the world if it was your daughter you wouldnt say that and dont call me buddy your demeanor reminds me of ........enough said

no its a department of child safety worker shes the only one testifying and every time shes sworn in my court papers dont have the same name for her and shes listed as the dcs specialist on all of them now when my paperwork says this other lady's name with the correct dcs office address i asked for the name that was sworn in and was informed there has never been a worker by that name in that office so you tell me what the hells going on!
