i was arrested in 2003. was wonderin wat the statute of limitations was on public intoxication. if there is one. wat should i do. been almost 6 yrs.

In my state it's 5 years as long as you don't have any other convictions. Criminal defense attorneys should be consulted. It should not cost much at all.
