I got a phone call today and this very rude man was asking alot of questions about my husband. He said that he was calling in reference to a truck my husband purchased in 1998. I dont remember this but, even if it is right, do they have any right to judgement on this case. They cant even tell me where the truck was bought.

Never give out any information over the phone. Tell them to mail you the information and then hang up. Once you have something in writing you can figure out what to do.
