What is the statute of limitations for filing in small claims court? This is for a debt (loaned money) that I have a signed agreement for payment and a few payments on the debt.

The statute of limitations on debts occurred in Oregon limits the time you can be sued for a debt.
For an Oral Contract: the SOL is 6 years
For a Written Contract: the SOL is 6 years
For a Promissory Note: the SOL is 6 years
For other Open-Ended (recurring) Accounts: the SOL is 6 years
