Hello~

I had overdrawn a bank account in 2000-2001 through Wells Fargo. I just received a collection notice from RJM Acquisitions to settle the debt. I called them to ask for a letter stating that they wouldn't put this on my credit report and was informed that they do not provide letters of this kind or report to the credit agencies. Is there a statue of limitations on collection of an overdrawn bank account? I googled RJM Acquisitions and found nothing but derogatory articles on them and now am wondering if I should even pay?
