Statute of Limitations

I have credit card debt from 4+ years ago - i was living in ct am not in nc - has the statue of limitations ran out if i have not made a payment in that amount of time?

It's not that simple. Chances are the statute of limitations has not run out and it's usually 6-7 years from my knowledge. In many instances the statute of limitations is tolled when the defendant is not within the jurisdiction or avoids being served.
