I was arrested finger printed and pic taken they let me go and gave me a dat what will b my punishment when I go to court?

I ALLEGEDLY stole something from a store about $60 in value, or so they say.

Okay, OP, not a big problem, UNLESS you keep being stupid.

So, stay out out of trouble, appear in court, PLEAD NOT GUILTY, ask for a lawyer, admit to NOTHING, meet with the lawyer, seek the least possible damage for yourself.

Pleading guilty is stupid, not as stupid as stealing, which no one should ever do.
