My Boyfiends Ex Wife Has Kicked Their 2 Children Out Of Her Home And Wants 1/2 Custody but does not live up to her part of the custody. They Now Live With Me & I own the home & Their Father Resides With Me As Well. She Pays No Child Support And Makes $70.000.00 Per Year. The Father Used To Pay Her Child Support But No Longer Does. I Have Spent
$ 7000.00 Dollars Of My Own Money On Food Clothes And Misc The Last 8 Months, Although The Father Helps Pay The Bills The Mother Does Not Give Me A Dime-can I Sue Her For Her Portion Of The Child Support? I Feel I Am Owed Back At Least 1/4th Of The $ 7000.00.

Nope. Why doesn't your boyfriend file for child support? Encourage him to do so. You have no rights here.
 
he is in the process of doing so- filing for child support but it is caught up in court, in the meantime I am supporting the children. Do you think i can make a case in small claims court? thanks !!!
 
No, this is a choice you made although it may not seem that way. The children are not your responsibility, so you are not required to support them. You'd have a better chance suing the father.
 
Doesn't Dad work? Tell him to support his own kids. Why are you forking out all the money?
 
Dad Has A Good Job-but Its Not Cheap Raising A 16 And 17 Year Old Without 2 Incomes- I Cant Let The Kids Go Without Food, Cloths Or Taking Them To And From Summer Jobs. It Really Makes Me Mad That Their Mom Thinks She Can Get Away With It- And She Is , Whats Wrong With People?
 
Well, the good news is that if your bf is awarded child support, it will probably be retroactive to the date the petition was filed.
