Step-son wo'nt leave

I allowed my 28 year old step-son to move in, rent free, so that he could go to college. It has been over 6 months and he is not enrolled. I told him that he needed to move out but he refuses. How do I legally evict him and what services (i.e. utilities, food, furniture, etc.) do I have to provide in the meantime?

Look up your states rental regulations and evict him as you would any other tenant
