My stepfather passed away. My mother was married to him for 30 years and I was dependant on him from the age of five through college. Can I contest his will since I was not mentioned in it, but his three natural children were. Also, he was not of sound mind when he revised his will, however, I don't think I was mentioned in either will.

Whether a stepchild can apply to vary a will depends on the law of your un-named state. Even if you have the right to apply, assuming you're an adult now and provide for yourself, your chances are slim.
