I share custody of my children with my xhusband but they live him but now he has left his wife and moved out of state for another women and left my children with her she is now leaving the state with my boys to start over my question is how do i stop her and make her return my children to me?

You should contact the police and IMMEDIATELY ask them to accompany you (or meet with you) to (at) this evil woman's home.
The police will stand by while you get your kids.
make sure you have your legal paper work and custody order.

Or, contact the school and go pick up your kids.

Now, as soon as you have your kids in your custody, contact the court.
Or, hire a lawyer.
You will have to go back to court and report your husband's negligence, carelessness, and abandonment of your prescious children for the affections of some bimbo in another state!
