Estate had considerable money, stocks, antiques, etc. and Lawyer has refused to provide accounting, reports law requires and in general is non-responsive.
Being afraid of what is going on, we undertook extensive internet search and have discovered and can prove:
We know he is stalling but, we are afraid to have the estate to go to probate.
I am in one state and he is in another state. We don't have money for attorney to challenge.
What can and should be done.
PS, I have cancer and he still refuses to release funds...I think he is hoping I will die

- POD's in my name converted with no funds to me (benficiary)
- Property bought and sold in my name but I never signed anything
- Accounts closed and converted and we now believe moved off shore
- Money for sons college withheld (and there are funds available and earmarked for that purpose)
- and more
