Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Stoled at macys

I am terrified and mad at myself for the poor choices I made. I was caught at a STORE by the LP and was taken to the back I returned the items they took pictures and made me sign paperwork.

Here is the thing I also paid the civil fee of $425 plus the damage of the items.

The LP did not call the police nor was I given a ticket but. I paid for the civil demand right there at the moment. As I was scared out of my life.

Now I can't sleep with all this problem that I got myself into. I don't remember them telling me that I was going to get convicted or I was just to scare to recall any of their words. I want to know what's next? Am I going to get a court summons? Jail? Oh my god.

I am helplessly scared out of my life. I know I got myself into this so please don't parent me just guide me or tell me what's next after this pleaseeeeee.
 
That no police were involved at the scene and that you paid on the spot is likely to mean that it's over and done with and you don't have to be concerned with criminal prosecution.

Stop stealing. The next store owner might not be so kind.
 
I am a Retail Theft Consultant and answer questions like yours daily. With no Police or pending court date there will be no record outside of store or any Retail theft database they might subscribe to. Since you paid Civil Demand store has NOTHING to gain by filing criminal complaint. However it was unwise to name store on public forum

You probably can forget any further consequences from this incident.
However, let's HOPE that some enterprising LP person didn't "pocket" or "misapply" your $425 payment.
If you obtained a receipt, I suspect you can rest easy.
If you shelled out $425 without obtaining a receipt, that might prove to be unwise.

Thank you all I promised on my life that such mistake will never happen again. I rather be on the street than do something of that magnitude. I am so sorry and it will never happen in God's name

Thank you and yes I paid on the spot and got a receipt. I'm banned from those stores for 3 years
