Stolen Camera and Marijuana

Okay so i am a minor and i took a camera from this kid and the kid ended up calling the police and some one gave me in. the thing that i am worried about is that theyre were pictures of me on the camera and my buddies and also some marijuana but just pictures of the buds itself. Also he is going to take me to court because he had pictures on there that he needed to get 2000$ of sponsors and now he cant get them because the pictures were deleted.

Question #1 : Can i get charged with anything because the marijuana pictures are on there?

Question #2 : Can i get sued for deleting pictures that could have got him those sponsors?

BTW : Remember i am a minor.

Question #1 : He needs proof that he took pictures at the LAN EVENT and he EMAILED everyone registered on the website saying to email him with a paragraph saying that they saw him taking pictures. What i dont understand is couldn't he just tell anyone to do this? how is this proof?

A kid and a thief who likes dope ... could be that a pattern is emerging!

You better hope the cops don't look at those pics or that he doesn't turn those over to the cops. That kind of thing can get you and your friends a lot of unwanted attention.

That's what happens when you steal from people. You HAVE heard the saying, "crime doesn't pay", haven't you?

testimony is evidence. It will be up for a court to decide how credible the statements are. In a civil suit (such as small claims) he only has to show by a preponderance of the evidence (i.e. a wee bit more than your side) that the pictures were taken and that he lost out on money because of your act.

You did not leave much room in your post for serious advice as you posted few details. You seem to imply that the theft is a fait accompli (that you are guilty) and that you are worried about the photos proving you grow dope, and that you could get sued for losing important photos from the camera.

Without details, no one can comment on the theft.

Yes, the photos can get you in trouble ... maybe.

Yes, you can get sued for losing the photos.

Consult local counsel regarding your criminal charges as that is likely the more serious offense you face at the moment.
