I noticed AT&T has reached an agreement on customer liability for stolen cell phones in CA. Does anyone know if there is any action nationwide? What is the latest consumer protection policy in effect? How can we protect ourselves from thieves racking up hundreds if not thousands of dollars on our stolen cell phones?
