hi, i recieved a ticket this week that was forwarded to my house from my previous house. i had a report taken a while ago because someone stole my identity but the police officers caught the theif. i don't have my id but the ticket is B+P 25662 (a) which i heard it was for possession of alcohol? i heard i could get 1yr of a suspended license and 9 months in prison.. but this was not me, again this ticket was forwarded from my previous house to the one i live in now, what should i do? i have the report of possible stolen identity the officer wrote for me a while ago and i have a copy of my credit report that is on fraud alert.. what should i do? what can i do?????
