i was at a electronics store and got confronted in the front and placed in a room waiting for my parents to arrive, police was involved, wrote me up, i have to go to court on a day and i just want to know what can happen to me. this is my first offense and Will be my only one. (im not that kind of person, my EX-friend (now is a EX peered me into doing it. I'm just a peaceful (Wolf-fox<--Furry) That doesnt like getting into trouble.)
i stole less than 80$ and tampered with one item.

what can the court do to me?
i cant sleep, my girlfriend is scared and cant sleep either.
im scared that they'll throw me in juvie.

Jail is not likely unless there are details you failed to mention. Talk to your Attorney about Diversion to protect your future

No I am saying that these things or others could cause you problems. Based on your post I dont see jail being an option. You need an Attorney though
 
i herd theres this thing where the court will watch over them for a year seeing if they commit stealing again, is this true? and is this a option?
 
yes, because i just talked to someone and they said the most they can do since i just shoplifted and nothing else is a probation. hopefully i can still volunteer at a convention.... because the con is a no-profit group that raises money from convention and gives it out to animal charities...
i just hope they'll let me help....
