What is the penalty for stealing someones British passport? I just was wondering because some mentally unstable person accused me of this years ago. he told me at the time that i was looking at major jail time because it was a federal crime or something. On the flip side if this person sends me harassing texts like this again accusing me of something i didn't do and saying he has evidence can i charge him with something?
