I signed a contract for a storage unit. I forgot to pay one month it went paid thirty days. I call the lady at the company she told me since my unit went over 30 day the company added $100 to my payment. I told her she didn't tell me that would happen if you go over 3O days. She said it's on the wall. Can I be made to pay the extra $100 if it's not stated in my contract. But stated on the wall and I didn't see it.

Only a judge can order you to pay.
If you don't pay, your stuff will be sold at auction.

If the auction doesn't yield enough to cover your balance, they'll start dunning and hounding you.

If you have any signed rental documents, read them. The process is all explained therein.

Here, take a peek. Life isn't as simple as most people believe it to be. I sure wish it wasn't the way it is.
