We have rented a storage unit with a promotion that the first month is free and monthly rent is 90.00 there is no contract and it is month to month storage, we have stayed there for a total of 3 months with the first month free so we had to just pay for 2 months but the last month we accidently paid another month before we gave in the keys, we ask at that time we wanted the refund and the worker at the time we talked said she will talk to the manager and let us know when and how we will receive the refund. Now that we call them they are not wanting to give us the refund due to we had the first month free, that they waived a 20.00 fee for being late one month and that they do not give refunds if you do not rent a storage out for more than 3 months. I am wanting to talk to the manager but the workers are not wanting to give me the manager information at this point I am stuck and I feel like they are stealing my money is there any way I can go about this please help

Your only legal option is to sue the business in small claims court.
For a lousy ninety bucks, that's a great deal of work.
Nevertheless, its your call, because its your problem.

You've received good advice. Right now the most efficient use of your time is probably to let them know that you will exercise your right to report what went on at various places which they may prefer you didn't undertake. For example, you can file a complaint at the Utah Better Business Bureau. If they value their online reviews, feel free to let them know you'll leave a review of their business practices on Yelp, Google Local or other relevant directories. It's your right to do so. And many of these places care a great deal that the general public doesn't think that they are underhanded. Good luck.
