My ex-husband and I are back together and are planning on reconciling our marriage. My question isn't how to go about that but something a little more personal. During the time of our divorce, before all the paperwork was done and filed in court, we had a domestic dispute and charges were pressed and he was given a misdemeanor (I got him out of felony charges) and just got done with his 2 yr unsupervised probation. My question is how can that be taken off his record or can it because it is causing problems with him getting a job now and I feel bad. I know it was a bad deal and all but we are past that and I would like to try and help with the job situation. This has been on my mind for a while, not because we are back together but even before that. Please help if you can.

Whether this can be expunged or not depends on state law (and you did not identify your state) and the specific criminal charge he was convicted under.
