Stuck on an Apartment Lease

Me and my roommate had a falling out, and now I'm no longer staying at the apartment. He is the primary lease holder, where as I'm a secondary, and can only be released upon the primary's authorization. I no longer want to be on the lease, but he will not remove me. He is in direct violation of the lease: his underage fiancee is living there (they are having sex), and they have a dog that they never paid the deposit for, so it's there without the management's knowledge. I don't want my name to be on the lease given the violations they are incurring, so is there any way I can get my name off the lease?
