Hello,

So i wrote up a simple sublet agreement between me and a "friend" for her to sublet my room for one month. It says in the agreement that "Subletter agrees to remove herself and her belongings out of the apartment by the end of the month" (that might not be word for word, but damn close) we both signed it and I have the original document. all monetary exchanges have been in cash and have not involved the landlord. My landlord knows of the sublet and the terms that i set, but has no "official position" in the agreement. At the end of the agreement shes been in the apartment for no more than 40 days tops. Now i have reason to believe that she doesnt plan on moving out. So if the first of the month rolls around, and she's still here, what can i do? Shes not on the actual lease, or any utility bills in the apartment, she may have changed her address to mine, even if she did i had no way to stop it. Can I just be like "contract is up, get the hell out" and toss her ass out because shes an unwanted guest? Last time i do a favor for a friend. I seriously appreciate the help.

You will have to evict under the landlord tenant laws in your state.
