I was served with a subpoena on wed. to appear in court on the following monday. I can't go because I work nights the night before and the night after. is there a way for me to file undo burden? I was listed as a witness for a guy who is suing a business i was employed at. I have no information to give since i didn't see the incident happen but the lawyer still wants me there. the case is in US District Court in the state of MS. any advice?
