We´ve sold products and attended fairs and conferences in the USA for many years.
We now want to open an US sales office in Atlanta to be closer to our customers, hence learning their needs more readily as well as finding new customers.
We have picked a US partner, who is an Australian person with an investors´ visa, resident in Atlanta. As we already have a rented home, we´d run the business from there.
Now, what steps will we have to take to formally open this business. Do we have to register our brazilian business in any US agency for it to legally owe shares in this new business?
