Can I sue Yahoo , for not allowing me to remove my picture in my yahoo profile?
Yahoo removed the photo edit option and i have written them several times, asking to remove my likeness from the profile or provide me with a way to , but they do not respond.
Can i sue them ? or join a lawsuit against them?
Because,,, someone has already taken my picture and used it on their impostor profile.
It burns me up to think someone is using my image and pretending to be me.
