Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Summary or Indictable offence?

Hello, I was charged with failure to provide breath sample. Is this an indictable offence or summary offence? There was no other charges, and there was no car accident, or anything causing bodily harm. Is this a summary offence or an indictable offence?
