Hello,
For the last couple of weeks, i have been trying to get my bank to refund some overdraft fees caused by fradulent activities. The account was linked to my PayPal account and the paypal account was breached. I contacted "UnTrust" and Paypal; within a couple of days Paypal restored my balance. I was told to take the "Dispute Report" from paypal showing fradulent activity to the bank and get the fees refunded. I went to "UnTrust" and they said they can't refund me because i resolved the matter using paypal, instead of their fradulent claims department. Does this make sense? I tried going to the branch and they said i have to go to the "fraud department", but they tell me to go to paypal. Paypal tells me to go to the bank. so who is responsible for refunding me? I'm being to wonder if this is worth $160. But i don't want to give up, is there something else i can do? Any insight or advice will be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance
