My neighbor has installed 2 cameras on his house - one directed at my 18 year old daughter's bedroom window and one on our backyard pool area. The sheriff has advised that nothing criminal is taking place having looked at his cameras. This is an incredible invasion of privacy in my opinion. Do you know of any case law that could help me get the cameras removed? Thanks
