If a company doesn't have a sign on their window saying " you are being recorded through audio and video on surveillance " is the company still allowed to record you whether it be video or audio without your consent or knowledge? If they can, can they ever use it against you? And if you work for the company does this make any difference whether they have a sign or not on the window?
here is what im thinking lets say you used a bad word at work can they go back and play that? Then punish you for it as well as use the tape against you?
