2nd Marriage Problems
HI,
I am currently married for the 2nd time. My husabnd has three children from a previous marriage and i have two children from a previous marriage. We have no children between us. we live in my house which is mortgaged in my name only. my husband owns a property in his name only which is currently up for sale. he is refusing to put me in his will and is going to leave all his assets to his three children. he will not buy a property together in joint names and will not put his name on my mortgage or allow my name on his. he is going to give part of the proceeds of his house sale to his three children and buy a property abroad with the remainder. i do not work due to health problems but did work when we married. I have a works pension £300 p/month as my sole income. what are my rights if any if he should die or if i should die what would happen to my home. also if we divorced what rights if any would i have .
He will give me anything finincially while he is alive but refuses to acknowledge my needs if he was to die.
Thanks susan
