Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication suspended licence...

I was arrested in September 2004 for possesion of methamphetamine, i was ordered by the courts to enroll in a DEJ (deferred entry of judgement) program, so i did. Three months into the program i stopped attending and a warrant was issued for my arrest. September 2005 (on my birthday) i was arrested for that warrant and taken to County Jail. I understand that along with a warrant they suspend your drivers licence. My question is how and when i can get my drivers licence back. thanks!

That's a tough place to be and I'm sorry. You will need to speak to your local department of motor vehicles. Jurisdictions and requirements vary. Good luck.
