My friend had gotten 3 DUI'S by the time he was 19, his DLC was suspended and still is suspended. He has a warrant in the state of washington for another infraction alltogether, this is also where his license was suspended. He is now 30 and lives in the state of nevada. He would like to get his DLC back but he has to go back to Washington to see the Judge. The clerks office told him he would be arrested if he enter's the state due to the warrant. What can we do to clear this up?

"We" can't do anything, but HE can hire an attorney to represent him in the states where the warrants are. He will almost certainly have to appear, but an attorney can likely arrange for an organized surrender, booking, and quick release (bail or O/R) to minimize his pain.
