suspended licsense

I have a suspended drivers licsense in South Carolina and no longer live there. It is from 2 unpaid speeding tickets in two different counties and they were from 2001. who do i contact or what do i have to do to clear this up so i can get a valid licsense in the state i live in now?

Contact the courts involved and pay the fines. Then pay again to have your SC license reinstated.
