I received a complaint from my one of my staff, my sup playing with money. I reported to security not immediately but day two. After the investigation, HR and F&B Mgr suspicous on me and labelled me poor managament.

I'm Restaurant Manager and running new opening rest. No paperwork has been in placed even the TILL. Tough and people always kick the ball and rather give you the answer straigh away. Bussiness have to carry on. I don't have AM's only one supervisor. She doesn,t have the void access. I have to share with her my password due to after work actions.

I'm been sending floods of email to superior and pending answer. Now they said i breach the company rules and they send me home today for futher investigation. They told me no need worry. Its worry for me, why they want to send me if not a major issue. I'm stealing company money, i'm not at cashier either.

First time, i'm working with company nothing been set up and the people is not helpful when you stuck with decision and looking for opinion. What is the outcome i will facing?.

Due to the poor grammar within your post, it is difficult to interpret your issue. Though, from what I can determine it appears your problems are not a legal issue. Management may place you on leave of absence till they resolve the issue. They will then either terminate your employment or allow you back to work.
