recently my employer thinks that someone in the store has been stealing money. there aren't any cameras in the store and there is no proof of theft.. only their suspicion. and it happens on everyone's shift. recently they've pressured someone into admitting that they were stealing money, and he lost his job. Now i'm worried that they're going to fire someone else just on suspicion.. can they really do this?? or do they need to fire EVERYONE on suspicion??
