In April of 2013 I ordered a pool and paid down $5600.00 as of yet I have not gotten my pool installed. Is there a statue of limitation on something like this for me to file legal action?

When you discussed the continuing year long delay with the installer, what did he or she say?
What does the SIGNED purchase order and contract say about delivery and installation?
You did sign a contract for this work, right?

Review the contract, if you have one.
Your rights and remedies are in the contract.

If you have no contract, you might have just gifted someone $6,000.
