My question deals with a family problem. My sister and I do things for my mother, physically, and some times financially. Do we need to record everything we do, and how do we do this and is it legal. We have family that is taking money out of our inheritance, of course when our mom passes away. It has become a battle. we signed a legal contract 2 yrs ago saying we would pay back some money we owe to our mom. but we was also told by a friend later on that we should record everything we do to have it taken off during the probate. we dont want to do this, because we love our mom. we are the only family that takes care of our mom physially.we live next to her. but we are being harrassed by phone by family siblings. but our family has become greedy and out of control. Please help, if there is any legal advice.
