Even if you were legal, in your state if you are under 19 you cannot marry in the US without parental permission.

Marriage won't cure your illegal status MAGICALLY, even if you were 18 years old.

But, your age could get HIM into serious legal troubles.

You need to speak with a lawyer, or return to your homeland, sooner, rather than later.

If you plan onto getting married you need a parent cosent if hes over age it dosent matter my brother was 23 n his girlfreind 16 !
They even had a baby n their haply togehther ! Just talk to your parents about it ! And your ready
