I was in jail and my mom and dad was watching my daughter and they needed temporary custody so they could take my daughter to the doctor and everything . so I signed a temporary custody paper and the jail stamped it I never went to court over it. But they told me as soon as I got out got back on my feet and get a place and a car and a fule time job while I have done all that and they won't let me see her or even talk to her . I can't take it anymore and I want her back plz help me

This isn't legal advice, just a suggestion. Write up a paper addressed to your parents saying that you are cancelling the temporary custody. Go to their house, hand it to them and tell them to give you your daughter. If they say no, stand there and call the police to the scene for assistance.

Dress nice. Stay calm and polite. If you yell and scream the police will think you are crazy and you won't get your daughter.

I haven't been to court or anything and everyone I've talked to they keep letting me down and giving me the wrong answer I want to here

Be prepared to take the matter to court, if the police advise you that yours is a civil matter.
At this point, adjusterjack's advice makes the most sense to avoid a protracted legal battle.
