I haven't been able to make contact with my tenant for almost two months now. Her last day was April 4. We live in Las Vegas and I had someone drop by to check out the property and they found out that it is empty and the back sliding door is wide open. We don't care about the unpaid rent and we just want the property back. Can we just go into the property and change the lock since the back door was wide open and the place is empty?

Are the tenants furniture, clothes, etc. gone? Are the utilities shut off?
