I signed a one-year lease with my new tenants and received a security deposit in May 2nd. We verbally agreed on a May 9th move in. I received a phone call asking me to let them out of the lease due to work relocation and return their security deposit. My lease does not specifically contain an early termination clause. What are my rights and responsibilities in this case?
