I own a condo in California that is a rental. We have great renters that pay their rent on time and overall seem to be good tenants. They are a young professional couple with good jobs. The majority of the residents in the complex are retired. The tenants are being continually harassed by the residents for "violations of the CC&R's" The Board of Director's (which happens to be the same people that constantly harass) has yet to bring any of the violations to our (as owners) attention but continually post notices on the property for these violations. Our tenants have reached the end of the rope and now want resolution. What are our options? Who can we as the owners turn to? Going to the Board of Director's seems pointless.
