Tenant on lease gone, but.......

I run a complex in atlanta. I have several units where the tenant on lease has either left, in jail or died. However others remain in the unit that have ties to the tenant and are not paying or making any attempt to get lease transfered. Do I have options OTHER than spending more money doing evictions and marshalls?

Your could consider paying them to leave. A "cash for keys" deal. Whether this is worth it for you would depend on how significant the costs are for filing for eviction and marshall fees.
