my tenant has not paid rent in months. i took her to eviction court and she filed a chapter 13 a day before court. basically the case was dropped. she is still living in my home and i cant evict her until the bankruptsy claim is overturned. im paying all the bills and im practically broke. how can i get this woman out of my home? she destroyed my home and it looks like a crack house. she refused to leave or pay any rent.

The landlord tenant court system can sometimes be a problem. I don't know the details. I don't know the details of where this person lives but, in a case like yours, you do have leverage. If the conditions for your tenant are challenging, she'll have a difficult time complaining about the conditions. How did she destroy your home?
