tenants in common

there are 4 owners tenants in common, what rights do each owner have. we all have 25% ownership. one owner lives in the house rent free, and is the only one with keys. i want to sell my 25% but he said i need to get the ok from the other owners

You have the right to sell your share. Unless you have some agreement with the other owners that you didn't mention, you are free to do it without their permission.
