i live in a trailer park. their are about 20 residents . most of wich are violating the lease in some manner. 4 of us have atv's we were sold that we are no longer allowed to ride them on our personnel property. is this possible.

Not only is it possible, it actually happened.

If you want to know whether you are legally required to stop riding, that depends. Without knowing the facts, your local noise bylaws, and the details of your lease, it is impossible to say.

If you want to simplify things, ask the person who told you to stop what legal authority requires you to stop. Get them to point to some bylaw or provision in the lease.
