What does the written lease say?
 
My friend had a few blemishes on his credit that would not allow him a purchase home. My appoached me to use my name to get the house and his credit report problem would be corrected within 46-60 days. The home was purchased in my name and my former friend did in fact put the $220,000.00 deposit on the home and moved in. That was 2 years ago. I recently was contacted by the bank stating the mortgage was 60 days behind. I contacted my friend about the overdue payments and the payment(s) was made. However, in the mean time we fell out over the payments not being paid on time and it immediately affected my credit (home was bought for $1.2 million dollars). I asked that he and his family move so that the home could be put on the market, they refused and I took the matter to court to have them evicted. Now, the court is saying legal ownership has to be established. The case has been postponed 4 times thus far. I have the legal documents that the house is in my name. In the meantime, I am losing my personal home due to the real estate market in our area. I can no longer afford an attorney. What can I do?

there is no lease and he gave me 3 days notice that he is raising the rent and now wants a sec deposit all in cash. he also wants to take 1/2 of house to use as storage and wants me to pay all utilities i live in fla. he also rewired the downstairs with out a permit and the washing machine dumps on the ground under the house
