tentant below harrasses and assaulted me

I have been having a problem with the tenant below me harrassing me for about 6 months. I have had to call the police on her numerous times for noise complaint which is where this has stemmed from. I have gone to the board about this and nothing has been done even after she attempted to assault me 6 months ago, I have placed a harrasment complaint with the local police and she finally assaulted me last month and i now have an order of protection against her and the board will not do anything about it. What should i do? I have asked the management office to move me or move her and they have done nothing.

Frankly, if you're the one calling about the noise, it's likely this tenant will argue that you are the one who is harrassing her.

At any rate, landlords/management will often not get into the sort of tiffs between tenants.
