Moore, OK, a small southwestern US city.
A man worked for a company, Vaugn Foods, and was terminated for reasons as of yet, unspecified.
So far, not too interesting, hold on.
The terminated person storms into HR, beheads a 54 year old female HR company official.
He then tries to repeat his efforts on another female employee.
A former CEO by chance happened to be on then premises while this horrible event was transpiring, he also happens to be a reserve deputy sheriff and was packing, and was able to stop the attacker by shooting him.
The attacker and the second female remain hospitalized.
The authorities are waiting for the self appointed executioner to regain consciousness to charge him.
